The Conference in 2025 is made up of the following schools:

Eureka, Lafayette, Lindbergh, Marquette, Parkway West & Summit 

The Gary Dunahue Memorial Travelling Trophy goes to the conference champ each season.  Coach Dunahue was the head coach at Lafayette and was respected by everyone he came into contact with.  The Suburban West Conference coaches voted to honor Gary by naming the conference championship trophy after his name.
